   Proposal Description:
   The first aim of this analysis is to explore potential differences in the mode and speed of initial onset between early and late onset Parkinson's disease patients. The cognitive domain and speed of initial onset will also be compared. It is possible that this study will include a sub-analysis of only incident cases.
